Who we are

Two people who got tired of watching agencies waste money.

Avium was founded by Jago Brett and James Chakraverty. Jago's path to marketing was unconventional. He worked as a carpenter, studied civil engineering, then moved into cyber security before finding performance marketing. That engineering mindset - measure twice, cut once, build systems that work - defines how Avium operates. He manages the technical infrastructure: tracking, attribution, campaign architecture, and the tools that connect ad spend to revenue. James studied pharmacology, played in bands, and is an accomplished musician. His creative instinct is what drives Avium's performance creative output - understanding what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and act. He leads creative strategy, ad production, and the testing frameworks that separate winning concepts from noise. We started Avium because we spent years inside agencies watching the same pattern: talented people trapped in bloated structures, clients paying for layers of management instead of results. We built something different. When you work with us, you work with us directly. Every strategy, every ad, every optimisation comes from the people who built the system. We also built Bristol Starter Packs - a hyperlocal media property that grew from zero to 115,000+ followers and 10M+ monthly views.
